Your journey begins with a warm welcome dinner, followed by a delicious Food & TukTuk Tour and an unforgettable sunset sailing experience along the Tagus River. We’ll dive deep into the fairytale wonders of Sintra on a half-day tour, then enjoy optional cultural moments like a pastel de nata baking class, a soulful Fado performance, and dinner out in the city. Midweek, we’ll head to the seaside town of Ericeira, where you’ll have time to shop, unwind, or explore at your own pace. Our final full day brings morning yoga, poolside relaxation, spa time with optional massages, and a heartfelt farewell dinner before airport transfers the next morning. This is the perfect blend of culture, coast, cuisine, and community—crafted for women ready to reconnect, explore, and truly exhale.

All attendees will be required to sign a Liability Waiver and Code of Conduct to ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive experience for everyone throughout the retreat.
Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
You will have an opportunity to share any allergies or dietary needs in your participant intake form so our team and partners can best accommodate you.
Room Assignments
Double Occupancy rooms are reserved exclusively for guests traveling together—such as friends or family members. All other guests will enjoy their own private room and bathroom for the entire retreat. Please note that during our coastal stay in Ericeira, accommodations are apartment-style; while your bedroom and bathroom are private, you will share the living room and kitchen with one other attendee.
Travel Health Insurance
Travel Health Insurance is required for this retreat and must be purchased separately from standard travel insurance. This coverage protects you in the event of medical emergencies while abroad. Once registered, you will receive a welcome packet with recommended providers.
Mobility Notice
This retreat is open to participants ages 25 and up and involves light to moderate activity. Lisbon is known for its steep hills, so guests should feel comfortable walking on inclined terrain.

After breakfast, embark on a private half-day tour of the enchanting town of Sintra, including entry to the colorful and iconic Pena Palace.
Wednesday, October 21st, 2026 – Sips & Sunset Sail
Start your morning with breakfast, followed by a hands-on Pastel de Nata cooking class.

Transfer to the charming coastal town of Ericeira for two nights by the ocean.

Savor breakfast on-site, then ease into the day with a morning yoga session.

Sunday, October 25th, 2026 – Departure Day

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your stay with 100 % refund by May 31st, 2026. After this date your payments are non-refundable.
Terms & Conditions:
Your selected accommodation package covers the first five nights of your stay in the city of Lisbon. Following this, the group will transfer to the coastal retreat, where all attendees will enjoy the same apartment style accommodations for the final two nights of the trip.
