THE GREAT FULL GIRL’S RECIPE TIPS FOR VEGAN SWEET POTATO WAFFLES:

  • Waffle Mix: I personally like to use Birch Bender’s classic recipe which is vegan friendly but if you prefer to make your waffle mix from scratch, check out my vegan pancake recipe here.

  • Vegan Whip Cream: I love to top my waffles and pancakes with vegan whip cream. The brands I recommend that are easy to find are So Delicious and Reddi Whip.
