Making the Pistachio Flour:
This will be one of the most important parts about the recipe. You’ll want to make sure that you have pulsed the pistachios well so that they transform into a fine powder before adding to the rest of your ingredients. If you prefer to leave the pistachio flour out that’s totally ok, just use 2 cups all purpose flour instead (your cake batter will turn out more green this way as well)
Cake Batter Consistency:
The pistachio flour can make this recipe a bit thick depending on how well you’ve ground down the pistachios into a flour like form. Not to worry though, feel free to add more plant based milk 1 tbsp at a time until you get that perfect cake batter like consistency.
Cake Size:
This will be more of a loaf cake as it will be quite small when it rises. It will be more like the size of a coffee cake.
