For the Avocados: you can use 1 large Hass avocado or 2-3 small ones
Gluten Sensitivities: You can easily swap this flour out for a gluten free flour. I like to use Bob’s Red Mill brand.
Oil: You don’t have to use coconut oil, any oil will do. Vegetable oil or olive oil are good substitutes.
Sugar: Not all sugar is vegan. I always check the brand to make sure it doesn’t go through a refining process that uses bone char.
These are so easy and quick to make. They are always a hit with vegans and non vegans, and you don’t have to feel guilty because there’s avocado in there 🤪
