THE GREAT FULL GIRL’S RECIPE TIPS FOR CREAMY CHIK’N PASTA:

If you are looking for something delicious and easy to make for dinner as you transition to a plant based or vegan diet this meal is perfect for you! This meal is great because you can add a ton of veggies to it. For this recipe, I added mushrooms and bell peppers but you can also throw in some greens like broccoli, spinach, or kale too. This recipe will also make enough to feed 4 people as well so it’s a great meal for families or to have for leftovers the next day. If you try this recipe, let me know in the comments down below what you think. Here are some of my tips to help you create this dish at home:

  • Plant Based Butter: I recommend using Earth Balance or Country Crock Plant Based butters.

  • Vegan Chik’n: For this recipe I used Lightlife Chicken Tenders but I also recommend the Tofurky chicken as well.

  • Plant Based Cheese: When I make this vegan cheese sauce I prefer to use the Field Roast Chao Cheese, Tomato Cayenne flavor but any cheese will do, however the Tomato Cayenne flavor gives it a smoky taste.

  • Vegan Cream Cheese: I shop at Trader Joe’s often so I typically buy their vegan cream cheese however I also recommend the Tofutti or Kite Hill brand.

  • Nutritional Yeast: If you’re new to the vegan lifestyle you probably don’t know what this is so let me help you friend, check it out here.
