THE GREAT FULL GIRL’S RECIPE TIPS FOR VEGAN SPINACH DIP:

  • They key ingredient for this spinach dip is the Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix. You don’t have to use it however. You can get a similar taste by using a combination of paprika, nutritional yeast and garlic salt.

  • I prefer to use a package of Frozen Chopped Spinach. I thaw it out in hot water for about an hour before making the dip

  • You can serve the dip hot or cold. If you prefer to serve it cold, cook on the stovetop to melt down the vegan cream cheese and chill in the refrigerator for about an hour before serving

  • I like to use the Hellman’s or Follow Your Heart brand for vegan mayo

  • I also recommend the Kite Hill, Go Veggie, Trader Joe’s, or Tofutti brand for plain vegan cream cheese.
