I had the pleasure of sitting down recently with Franky and Sarah, the amazing owners and creators behind South Austin's Vegan food truck, Revolution Vegan Kitchen. To say their food here is delicious is an understatement. The food here is more than just food, it's a form of art made with love in a rebellion against our current food system. It's justice served on a biodegradable plate demanding a culinary revolution with no apologies and a side of vegan mac and cheese.
